When you are required to communicate important information, it is imperative to ensure the manner of communication methodology and feedback are a priority.  I would ensure the information could be presented in a manner that would reduce confusion and ambiguity, along with providing sufficient evidence or resources to support the process that led to the outcome.  Ensuring the communication was clearly understood is important, but so is providing the necessary information to gain buy-in from the stakeholders.

I would also be cognizant of the debugging process, which addresses difficulties that arise as a new solution is put in place (Bryson, 2017).  While buy-in is very important, once the implementation process is put into place you must pay attention and identify difficulties as they arise.  This starts during communicating the outcomes to they stakeholders and paying close attention to questions or concerns they have.  This can be a foresight as to the early difficulties.

Lastly, in communicating the process I think it is important to set the expectations and let those involved know what a successful process would look like, and what a successful outcome is.  It is important to set goals and clear expectations, that can be referenced both in success, and shortcomings.
