In the Wall Street Journal article “Follow the Leaders,” Pearce says that “our research…suggests that teams that perform poorly tend to be dominated by the team leader, while high-performing teams have a shared-leadership structure.” What parts of this article ring true to you? Conversely, what problems do you see with this perspective on leading teams?
